An independent practice built on the conviction that good counsel, honestly given, produces lasting results.
Meridian Advisory Group was founded in 2012 with a clear purpose: to provide senior leaders and growing organisations with the kind of honest, informed advisory support that is often difficult to find inside a large consultancy or professional services firm.
We are a deliberately compact practice. We do not subcontract work or deploy junior staff on engagements sold by senior advisers. Every client works directly with an experienced practitioner for the full duration of their engagement.
Our work spans leadership mentoring, organisational strategy, board advisory, and capability development. We work across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, and we have particular depth in financial services, professional services, and infrastructure.
We are registered in England and Wales and operate in full compliance with professional standards frameworks including those of the CIPD and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
Our practice is guided by a small number of commitments that shape everything we do — from how we conduct initial conversations to how we measure success.
We tell clients what we genuinely believe, not what they might prefer to hear. Advisory relationships built on candour produce more durable outcomes than those built on affirmation.
Our recommendations are grounded in evidence, structured analysis, and contextual judgement. We do not apply standard templates where bespoke thinking is required.
The trust our clients place in us is treated with the utmost care. We maintain strict confidentiality and never discuss client engagements outside our firm.
Not every challenge requires an extensive engagement. We structure our involvement to match the nature and scale of the situation — and we are transparent about this from the outset.
We measure the value of our work by results over time, not by the volume of output we generate. We prefer fewer, more meaningful engagements to a high-volume practice.
Our practitioners maintain active CPD programmes and engage regularly with academic and practitioner research, ensuring our thinking remains current and well-founded.
